Lucky that I asked a 2nd time about The Holburne Gallery/Museum. Turns out that its out of action until May 2011.
I can't recall a time when backpacking or travelling when I've asked more questions.
Lucky I did this time, 'cos i would've gone on a lovely, long walk to find scaffolding and bill-boards.
Still it was no bother. The Victoria Gallery opens out onto Pulteney Bridge. I got to see that, spend time there and cross the river to make tracks towards the next stop on Sean Tours.
