With pub activity slowing down and submission activity ramping up, an informal evening of reading and proofreading has been topping the popularity charts.
Given that three quarters of the class have lap-tops, it's no surprise that most enjoy tapping away quietly in the Junior Common Room which has lounges and a telly.
We've been using that time to chill out but also to read and edit each others work. Not that it needs much editing. The quality is so high and the styles so rich and varied. When there is feedback, it's very considered and well thought out so thats a bonus.
Someone pointed out some possible improvements for The Tic Tac Men.
This proved to be really handy 'cos it made me think harder about how to improve the way I presented the ending and its way better as a result.
