Quite a few endearing characters are in my group.
We have a Russian lady originally form Kiev who spent 12 years living Indonesia and now lives variously in New York, South Carolina and Texas.
The day we journeyed to Winchester we had breakfast together and she asked me whether I was going and why.
Well yes, I said, what boy grows up hearing stories of King Arthur and wouldn't want to see the birthplace of his Knights of the Round Table.
"I do not like this round table", she said. "It encourage consensus".
